Pool care in the Highlands
The Southern Highlands has a broad mix of established homes, larger residential and lifestyle properties, holiday homes and professionally managed properties. Pools may be used heavily through warmer periods, only occasionally at other times, or maintained while the owner is away.
We adjust servicing to the property, pool, equipment and level of use rather than applying the same schedule year-round.
Larger properties
Many Highlands pools are part of larger homes and properties with established gardens, more extensive outdoor areas or equipment positioned away from the house. Surrounding vegetation, access and the layout of the pool system can all affect what is involved in maintaining the property.
Regular servicing gives us an opportunity to monitor the pool and equipment over time and let the owner or manager know when something has changed or needs attention.

Seasonal pool care
The cooler Highlands climate creates a more pronounced difference between summer and winter pool use. As water temperatures fall, chlorine demand and filtration requirements can also change considerably.
That does not necessarily mean stopping pool care altogether. Service frequency, pump run times and chlorinator output can often be reduced while water balance, debris and equipment continue to be monitored.

- Residential pools and spas can be serviced regularly or when professional help is needed.
- Holiday and weekender properties can be serviced around agreed access and changing periods of use.
